Jenese is committed to providing exceptional service and fostering meaningful client relationships. With more than 20 years of experience in financial operations and client support, Jenese brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience to the team.
Before joining Jacob William, Jenese spent 20 years with Citibank as Vice President of Operations in their Florida hub. She also held roles with TD Waterhouse (now TD Ameritrade) and JP Morgan Chase, where she earned recognition for her dedication and performance.
Jenese graduated from Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She takes pride in listening closely to clients’ needs and helping ensure they receive thoughtful, personalized support every step of the way. Outside of work, Jenese enjoys traveling, antiquing, spending time with her two daughters, and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
