Meet Siani
As a Relationship & Operations Associate at Jacob William Advisory, Siani Hovington provides comprehensive support to both advisors and clients, ensuring that operational and service needs are handled efficiently and with exceptional care. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence help create a seamless client experience and strengthen the firm’s relationships.
Siani earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Delaware State University. Prior to joining Jacob William Advisory, she held a variety of roles within financial firms and RIAs, including Paraplanner, Operations Specialist, and Financial Planning Associate. She also holds a Life and Health Insurance License, reflecting her dedication to providing thorough and thoughtful support to clients.
Outside of her professional work, Siani is passionate about giving back to the community. She volunteers with the Special Olympics of Delaware, supporting athletes and community initiatives. In her free time, she enjoys going to the movies, exploring new restaurants, and attending live music events. A creative at heart, she builds LEGO sets and collects Funko Pops, and she also nurtures a lifelong interest in aviation—with plans to earn her Private Pilot’s License in the future.
